★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson, Travis Anderson, was excellent. Very patient in answering our questions. And, he didn't try to oversell us. He only suggested what he thought we actually needed. The installer who came the next day, Nav, was also excellent. Also very patient in answering questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company to deal with! Salesperson Terry Warren lied to us outright re: 10 year warranty on parts and labour on the new installation of furnace and AC. This 10 year warranty was the reason why I went with this company. When I received the copy of my contract, it stated only 5 years warranty, and they did not want to change it to 10 years as I was promised. Our brand new furnace broke after 2 weeks after we turned it on. We had to wait 24 hours with no heat for the technician to show up (temperature in the house was 15 degrees). He did a temporary fix on it, and we had to wait another 10 days for the proper defective part to be replaced. The contract said we were meant to receive a $500 "no frustration" reimbursement for our trouble, but after 6 months of trying to get the reimbursement I was told that the salesperson "conveniently" forgot to check off that box in our contract, meaning we did not qualify for this reimbursement. Is this the mistake of the salesperson, or an unwritten company policy?? I am still waiting (since September 2021) for my $250 referral fee cheque as well. Will I ever get it? Your guess is as good as mine. Do not deal with this company. They do not keep their promises, and they do as much as they possibly can to screw you over. Salespeople will lie and promise you whatever you want just to get your business.

The installation Techs were very good and completed the install, showed us how to use it on our App within our time crunch. They cleaned up the space as well. Had a great overall experience. Thanks to the Reliance team!

Mike and Fred (Installers) were fantastic, very friendly, cleaned up everything (was like they weren’t even there) and took the time to walk us through the work that was completed and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Highly recommended.
