★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always been happy, but this year, I'm having trouble getting them out to do weed control. I got missed last week, when many of my neighbours lawns were treated. I called about it, but they aren't sending anyone out to make up the missed treatment - just keeping me in the regular schedule. It's frustrating when I prepay the season.

My lawn needed extra attention and repeat applications, that was at no extra charge to me.
Thank you Sara, Tyler and to all the other staff members for a job well done.
I can't wait to see how much better my lawn will be next year. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for St Catharines location - Very poor communication between the staff that sell the products, the people that apply the products and the accounting staff. No one accurately records the services purchased and accounts for when they are applied. The verbal communication from the office staff is horrible. They are unable to reconcile the applications with the services purchased and when a service is missed by their applicators, the standard response seems to be that the owner cancelled that specific treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some burning issues in my lawn from the service I had. Jodey the tech came back and helped me with damage control, as well as teaching me how often to water and how to seed the bare patches from the weed control.
Overall 10/10 customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lot of brown spots last year so I called the Weed Man. They came out extremely quick to evaluate my lawn and to give recommendations. The technician was very knowledgeable and recommended a grub control and an aeration in the fall. Before the winter my lawn looked absolutely amazing with little to no brown spots left.
Was absolutely blown away from the results and will call them again if I need any lawn care!!!
