What a mistake that was. We later received a referral from our friend to contact JJM Heating and Cooling- they came quickly, addressed the issue, and took care of it. We basically went from thinking we needed to buy a new AC system and spending thousands of dollars to paying a FRACTION of the cost to assess AND fix the problem. They were prompt, professional and honest, and we really appreciate that! We would 100% recommend JJM heating and cooling to anyone! Thanks JJM!
M	M J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreme cold weather. Suddenly the furnace started screeming and made a noise that made us very scary. I called the people I know. No one was able to respond faster than JJM cooling and heating company. The point is everyone is busy, they are too. But I have to say JJM showed us the best response and they understood how urgent the repair to be completed of our furnace. JJM replied to my call within two minutes. Showed up for the job in 15 minutes. Finished the job less than an hour. It could be a totally big issue if they did not show up on time. Highly professional and excellent team Tyler and James delivered the best satisfying job for our urgent request. Also the owner of JJM cooling and heating monitored with us to see whether our problem has taken care promptly. This is the type of a company who delivers 110% to the community. I highly recommend to anyone for their heating and cooling jobs . Thank you Jason , Tyler and James.

We were undergoing a major renovation and the main contractor and his buddy HVAC subcontractor kept delaying completion, adjusting budgets and ...... Anyway we finally took the decision to terminate the HVAC subcontractor when he started becoming disrespectful and arrogant. Unfortunately this resulted in the main contractor to also walk away from the project. JJM was one of the HVAC people we then contacted to complete the job. Their willingness to help to complete an unfinished job and try to rectify some of the obvious (and some not so obvious) flaws was very welcoming. They team came, inspected and completed the job in a very professional, pleasant and respectful manner and even went beyond what they had committed to complete. The reassurance they provided us was genuine and not lip-service. Post inspection it took them only two/three days! to complete everything!! This allowed the other specialist contractors to complete their respective jobs. With regard to price their budget did not escalate and their quote was in line with the others we contacted. More importantly if price paid is measured by the overall quality of the job/services performed - then they were very reasonable. In retrospect we wish we had hired them right at the onset and highly recommend them to anyone.
J	Jewel “Jewellers” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our A/C unit died on Canada Day. We were leaving for a two-week vacation in Europe for our 40th anniversary in two weeks time. They were the only company we contacted that had an opening prior to our leaving and, actually, they replaced and installed the new A/C system one or two days following our initial call. Jason & his associate were excellent in all aspects. We are coming up on two years since installation and we have had no problems with the system. WE TOTALLY RECOMMEND JJM.

We had to move the date up from the original appointment because my water tank was leaking and there was a flood. I was extremely stressed and they were more then willing to help me get this done ASAP. I got quite a few inspections and quotes before going with them but I was very impressed with the professionalism, how thorough they were when they checked the old system and how they actually explained to me what was wrong with the old one and why it would need to be replaced. Also the woman that works in the office that booked my appointment etc was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend Jay and this team, we are very happy!!
p	pottscairns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot accurately describe how wonderful my experience with JJM Heating and Cooling has been. We live in an older home and were renovating our kitchen and one major upgrade needed was a 6 inch duct for our new exhaust hood. We had the wrong duct originally installed (by someone else) which left us with a dangerous situation. We came across JJM when looking to speak to someone about ductwork and contacted Jason about it. He got back to me that weekend and talked me through what our options were. Knowing we were short on time before our kitchen installation, he sent out one of his amazing technicians; James came by the house and we had a game plan shortly after. They installed a new 6" duct through the kitchen to vent outside and we had them set up a gas line for the new gas range. After the cabinets were installed Jason came back in between calls to attach the new duct to the exhaust hood and will be back when our range finally comes in next month to attach the gas line. Any time I had questions I could get ahold of the owner Jason or the office administrator Val (who is also awesome to deal with). Home renovations are stressful, but my dealings with this company were so positive and reassuring that I felt calm and confident afterwards. They did so much to accommodate our issues and I am so glad Google helped me find them since they were instrumental to our renovation!
