D	Diane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired them cz they had good reviews. Was told 95 for first visit and 75/hr for subsequent visits. Plumber makes quick trips and makes multiple visits. Company charges minimum 1 hour for each visit. Plumber work quality was not good. Ended up hiring a different plumbing company to fix the problem. Crystal Stewart needs to improve customer service skills over the phone. I'd rate them 1.5 stars overall. I have doubts that their 5-star ratings may be from friends of the company, not past customers.

After 3 days of no return phone call, I called and was informed that they are two busy and did not want any more work. They were rude and dismissive. Good luck during the next recession, old previous customers will not be calling them back!
