★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how the residence itself is, but I can say that the managers are extremely irresponsible. I tried booking an appointment with them TWICE! First time I arrived, I found out that they have a managers meeting that's supposed to be 3 hours long, and my appointment was scheduled right in the middle, so obviously the manager was a no show. Second time, the manager said he had no appointments scheduled even though I just spoke to his assistant yesterday. He didn't even bother calling her to check if we called. Long story short - awful management. Will never try renting an apartment with Skyline again and won't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we originally moved in here, it wasn't too bad, the manager was a nice guy, with his wife helping him out, no problem. A couple months after we moved in though... they moved out, and a cycle of new managers began, with nothing being quite right ever again. Everything that was supposed to be fixed, never was. It was put on hold indefinitely. Spoiler alert, nothing was fixed, and we lived there for over a year. Luckily it was nothing dangerous, but the real joke is that when we moved out, we got blamed for the "damage"... Did no one even take notes of our complaints?
The building itself was fine, dated, but what can you do there? Oddly, very soundproof inside the units, the single plus side of this place.
Had our car broken into multiple times, so definitely not a safe area, and there's no cameras in sight. Routinely saw people rifling through the donations for Goodwill, real good view.
Steer clear, unless you like not having anything done when needed, and enjoy having your car broken into monthly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll give 1 star for the 1 staff member that actually works and cares about the tenants. Dirty, dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs. Bug exterminator makes frequent visits.
Don't bother filing a complaint, they'll either ignore it or tell you to file a complaint with the police who can't do anything either. If you can find another place to live, do so.
