F	Funny Lady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Jesse and Sherrie. I live in 56 Windward and before they came I was about to leave due to the disarray the last super left our building in. However Jesse and Sherrie managed to be here 3 times a day to get our building to a great condition. Even having 3 buildings to take care of they didn't care that they got the most work. They continued to stay positive and always make us feel welcome and like we matter. I really hope these two stay.

First appointment the employee (Joanne I think) told us that our appointment was for a two bedroom which it wasn't, and refused to show us a one bedroom, after we had already arrived. We rescheduled for today, and when we arrived, she didn't seem to remember she made the appointment, and as soon as we asked about the one bedroom she made a face and said it will likely be leased tomorrow because someone was already approved. I let her know I was frustrated that this was the second time we had come, without our appointment being cancelled, only to find out we had wasted time even showing up. I had her show us the apartment anyway because I wanted to see it. Everything on their website and brochure says that pets are allowed, yet they don't mention the 20lb weight limit for dogs at all! So even if the apartment we looked at hadn't been rented, again, we wouldn't be able to rent there anyway. Have respect for other people's time. It's common courtesy. Such a poorly managed and unprofessional establishment
t	the rocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management here is untrustworthy, disrespectful and they are bulliers. They attempted to get tenants to pay additional rent increases which were filed but were not approved with the Landlord Tenant Board. Tenants in 2021 were waived rent increases by the Ontario government, but this place still bullied people to pay for their proposed capital rent increases not yet approved or to what amount. They used Maintenance expenses and state them as Capital expenses for their justification for rent increases. Water was shut down for repairs almost bi-monthly, but there is no credit to the tenants for this regular inconvenience. With all of the negative reviews, I can't understand why the Management/Leasing staff have not been replaced by Head Office! Do your self a favour....DO NOT RENT HERE! You will regret it. Former tenant, glad to be gone.

Went to look at a room and it had stains on the carpet was old and stunk, they had said it would be renovated however when we applied they said they didn’t know if it would be renovated. It looks more like a prison than an apartment. Don’t waste your time with this awful management and company. Pictures will deceive you 0 stars
M	Micaela Butron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Louise Gavigan Leasing Agent was not very friendly and helpful at all, I called her shortly after she cancelled my viewing, as she didn't approve my application. Louise had such a rude tone and an attitude, would not explain their approval requirements, and tried to end the call quick. I'm a young professional, Canadian citizen, working at a solid firm near downtown St.Catharine's. After reading the previous reviews below I can see the pattern of discrimination as well. Search Louise's name and others all have said the same, after reading them all i'm surprised she's still working there. I am also a person of colour.

The staff are always happy and willing to help with any issues. My neighbors are friendly, we all kind of look out for each other. I recommended to many people.
