K	Katherine Braithwaite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant turn over of superintendants means that no repairs are ever done. Also the water is turned off for the full day at LEAST once per month, often with no notice. The halls are vacuumed about once per month.
M	MacMarauders1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start? 1) Incompetent and awful management. I spoke with a woman named Judy re: renting an apartment at 221 Glenridge. Her tone could only be described as rude and off-putting, as if she was talking down to me. Apparently, Skyline was in the process of selling the building (221 Glenridge) and was well aware of this before I provided documentation to secure the apartment. However, they decided to go through with processing my application, knowing that the building was in the midst of being sold. 2) Skyline does not understand the concept of communication. I was told that the application process would take a maximum of 48 hours. 8 days went by without a word from Skyline, along with many messages and voicemails left that were not returned. When calling customer service, I was fed the same lie time after time. When I finally did receive communication from Skyline, it was Judy again and she spoke to me in the same tone of voice as if it was reasonable for me to wait 8 days to hear back from them, despite providing ample evidence that I have a full-time job and good credit history. I would like to thank those who have read until this point, and I highly urge anyone who sees this to not do business with Skyline. - Jay

After moving in, my neighbour kept playing video games at full volume(he is a grown man). When I told the same property manager, she said she was aware and that there have been several complaints. They have lied on many occasions. Not worth the price of rent.
C	Charlotte Hale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not live here however I would like to warn you all about my experience with Q Residential. The regional manager Gwen is very unprofessional and unpleasant. I lived at 363 Geneva St and the building was infested with Cockroaches. After months and months of no correction, I broke my lease because I couldn’t handle the cockroaches anymore and the dog poop all over the lawn and unclean common areas. I had to pay $5500 for the remainder of my lease even though they said I could leave. So terrible.

Gwen is unprofessional rude and doesn't care if children get killed on her properties. 273 vine St under Sammie and Terry superintendents did nothing for 2 years about tenants speeding through the parking lot. I had to force them to put speed bumps in. I reminded Sammie and Gwen that if a child gets killed by a speedy car they would be paying out millions of dollars in damages. 273 vine St is infested with cockroaches and they cannot get it under control. Sammie is very two faced she plays tenents against each other gives preferential treatment to fellow native tenants. I moved out because I was evicted during the pandemic. I forgot a few boxes full of family photos in frames including pictures of my newborn. A friend of mine found the boxes open and my precious pictures upsidedown on the garbage. Sammie should have called me to come pick up my valuables. Instead she tossed them with impunity in the garbage. Shame on you Sammie. When I called Sammie about it she of course blamed the contractor and didn't even apologize or show empathy for my loss.
