Horrible management, nobody speaks English or can help.
Entire building is cockroach and bedbug infested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first moved in I was greeted with a whole clan of cockroaches. They infested the kitchen and bathroom and took 2 sessions to exterminate but I still get a few here and there. Not to mention a new problem of black mold growing on my window which was not caused by me cause I constantly clean my place. They also shut the water off every now and then which is so inconvenient. My neighbour blasts music constantly on his huge speakers and disturbs the peace in my apartment and my other neighbour smokes upstairs which makes my bathroom smell of cigarettes and turns the door and walls yellow. That should tell you about the environment of this place. The landlord is unprofessional and rude with her tone when you complain or have questions.
