Doors open at 7:30pm although get there early as there's always a notorious lineup and consistently no vacancies very early after open. Emergency hotel beds reserved for a small overflow but once both are full you end up being turned away onto the streets.
Dinner provided by various donors from local to corporate.
4 stars although this rating is a reflection of the outstanding work in putting this together, not the demographic reality and it's abundance of issues.
