A few years into my tenancy the building was sold and a new superintendent came in by himself. Now again 2.5 years later the building has sold again. Once again we are back to having a couple run the building. When I first moved in the first management were good when it came to maintenance but careful with their budget, the second however barely anything got done, and now with this new couple maintenance is responded to immediately and things are being done as they should have been over the last several years. Hopefully the newest owners keep the building and the Resident Managers as we all appreciate everything they do for us and all the hard work they put into this building.

They are super quick to respond maintenance request. This apartment is close to grocery and school which is very helpful for family.we newly moved in here and really enjoy our stay.

Krista is very pleasant professional and proficient. I love the way how she interacts with the residents never being bias. The apartment is always well kept and very tidy. Krista and Mathew are great resident mangers.
