★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit, second visit, I was very satisfied, the ladies were very helpful, this place also0 variety of products and offer reasonable pricing. Please note that they only supply their goods to licensed hair/nail stylist so please ensure you read their sign displayed outside or provide them proper documentation when you visit their shop, you cannot make any purchases at this place if you do not work in the filed. Their pricing is protected for salon owners, hair professional, nail professional, which I consider it as a good practice, thank you for a very good, friendly and prompt service, will visit again :)

Not even to buy stuff like shampoos and semi permanent color. Waste of my money and I don’t even get into the store. Put that very clearly on your website and google add.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give minus stars if possible. Called and asked if I could pick up curlers. Was told yes and that they would be happy to sell them and keep it aside. Drove there in a snow storm only to be told they only sell to professionals. The customer service was incredibly rude. Would be nice if they said this on the phone or clearly on the site. It does say on the site but you really need to be looking for the information. High key not recommend.
