★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having to be professional to enter the store, has NOTHING to do with your appearance, but has EVERYTHING to do with whether you are a professional, in the beauty industry. I have had nothing but exemplary customer service, from the ladies that work there. If I've had questions about products, they've been knowledgeable and able to give educated information, regarding the products they carry. Unlike competitors like Sally's, where I've heard their "trained" staff, give false information & just allow anyone to walk in off the street & buy the chemical products etc. Not everyone is educated enough to purchase & use these products. I for one am very happy to have this store close to home & have been a client there, since they first opened.

I’ve met Garjot almost every time I shop and i don’t like how she works part time. She’s my favourite sales lady to go to, so nice to see excellent customer service here in Surrey. Please work full-time. I really enjoy my service at this location.

I must say Sona is very helpful and have excellent knowledge about the products they carry in store. I usually have many questions before I use new product and Sona has always helped me to choose the right one.The product line they have in store is worth paying every dollar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I called yesterday and the lady (didn’t ask her name, had an Australian? Accent) was super helpful!! Answered all my questions over the phone. I showed up to buy what I left on hold just a few minutes before close and she was totally ok with that. Showed me all around the store and knew exactly where everything was. Also was very knowledgeable about the products (I bought a ghd iron and dryer) and she was able to tell me the differences between models, warranty info, etc. Thanks for all your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is polite and very attentive; they make sure that the health guidelines are being followed during this pandemic and make sure that everyone entering has a membership, preventing overflow of customers as well.The layout of the store is very spacious which makes browsing for what you need convenient and hassle-free. The location itself is nice and has ample spaces for parking. Overall, a good branch to visit for any type of situation.
