Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in the area.

I am A health professional who treats musculoskeletal injury and I recommend Mocean Yoga to many of my patients. Susie and Diana’s unique attention to detail and knowledge of human anatomy allows their instruction to include ques that enable the yoga postures to be done in a way that prevents injury and promotes overall alignment of both the body and mind.
I have participated in yoga classes in NYC, Indonesia, and almost every Moksha Yoga studio in Toronto. By far Mocean has exceeded these other experiences and is truly unique. Top quality yoga with a twist of creativity.
