The trainers are excellent, they keep you moving and give training tips along the way.
I havent taken there 21 day challange but have seen amazing results from everyone who does.
Check it out, they offer a free drop in.

Definitely recommend and with the first week free thing, it's easy to find out for yourself before making and fiscal commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this workout studio! Every workout is challenging, effective, and thorough. Instruction is clear, and the environment is welcoming and supportive. The workouts are definitely challenging, and a beginner would have to modify, but all workouts lend themselves to be suitable for any level and modifications.
