★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors at The Studio have been nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere is laid back, accepting and welcoming, yet purposeful, motivating and energizing. There truly is a class here for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. The instructors focus on body alignment and positioning which keep you safe in whatever classes you’re doing, and help to refocus the muscle group being asked to work (or relax). After taking over a year off of working out I decided to try The Studio as they offered a little bit of everything without all the frills or over complicated classes where you spend more time fiddling with equipment instead of using your body. It’s only been a few weeks of getting back into exercise but I’m pretty excited to get to classes and enjoy feeling challenged, accomplished and like I’ve done something for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I followed couple of classes as I initially bought the introduction week: my favorites are the Yoga barre and Vinyasa. Love the teachers, the explanations and I feel comfortable not being a true yogi (yet!)
I will continue to attend the classes at The studio, with pleasure :)

Having practiced for many styles of yoga over the years this studio is one of my all time favourites with the heated rooms and variety of offerings. All the teachers are pure joy, well-versed in their practices, and creates beautiful space for those deepening their own journey on the mat. From Bikram, Vinyasa Flow to HIIT classes - it's got it all.

I really appreciated the introductory pass so I could try as many classes as I wanted to for three first week. I would definitely recommend this studio whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi!
