★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awesome place. Took my sons iPad to get screen fixed. The ordered parts for it fixed. A week later it froze, took it back they took it sent it away and got it fixed and back. All under warranty. Such quick response highly recommend this place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman made me repeat to her that I wanted a screen protector for an iPhone 8 about 5 times. Then when she went to put it on, she dropped my phone on the floor. She apologized profusely for this and I had made up my mind to overlook it since no damage was done. However, she started talking to another customer. I asked her if she was done and she gave me a snarky, “Yeah.” That is when my opinion of the experience declined. I asked her for my receipt and she ripped it off and held it out as if presenting a treasure, and considering the immediately previous snarky tone, the vibe felt really sarcastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed a screen shield for me. Used too much glue or whatever it is they put on the screen before hand. It never dried properly and after only a week it fell off. Obviously not returnable so a complete waste of 40$. You have one job there. Do better.
