Staff sent a personalized email to ensure my new boots were okay and if I had any concerns, to contact them or drop by the store. I was really impressed. I've never experienced customer service like that before.
Store is clean and laid out nicely. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
I will continue to purchase my work boots from Mister Safety Shoes.

Trisha was really helpful, kind, honest, patient, and efficient throughout helping me and 2 other customers at the very end of the day when I came in to look for work shoes. She helped me pick out a stylish and comfortable pair of shoes for work that have turned out to be perfect. This may look like a small store from the outside but they have a great selection of different shoe and boot styles. If you're looking for a work shoe that is not necessarily a boot, this may be the store you're looking for. I couldn't be happier with me new steel toe running shoes, and Trisha even gave suggestions to prolong the life of my old cracked leather boots for occasional wear. She also helped me pick out a pair of insoles and proper socks, which has helped a lot!
