★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always have had positive experiences at this clinic. I live in Maple Ridge but sometimes I visit this clinic when the ones in MR are closed or full. A couple of years ago I visited this clinic when I was pregnant with my daughter and the doctor there was very understanding and compassionate, more so than my own maternity doctor at the time when I was complaining of aches and pains. Most recently my daughter who's now 4 had split her chin on a stat holiday (of course). This was in the evening and most clinics were closed. I finally got a hold of this one, the doctor was very sweet and waited for us to rush in from MR to take a look at her. The clinic was already closed when we arrived but he waited for us. He was also very gentle with my daughter and she didn't cry at all while he was cleaning up her wound and glued it shut. If he didn't wait for us, we would have had to go to emergency. I wished I had remembered the names of the doctors but I highly recommend this walk-in clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drs r wicked aswell as most the staff I’ve dealt with both past and present here. However there is an older receptionist that works there now who is incredibly rude and was genuinely offended when I told her I’d like to make an appointment and not play the online callback game

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not allow me to book an appointment "due to Covid" this is absolutely not okay, you should change the name to "Medical No Care"
Highly reccomend a clinic with better reviews that shows signs of compassion, especially during times like this.
Trying to turn health care into something unattainable is against the Canadian way.
Look out for your fellow Canadians or get out of the medical field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on a Thursday night before a long weekend and they said it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait but in the end it was only one hour. I really like their waiting service where you can see your name on the board and see how many more people ahead of you. The nurse saw me took my temperature. The doctor was friendly and quick but got to the point and the place was clean. Much better than any place in Abbotsford

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Rude receptionists turned me away when all I needed was a form filled out about my type 2 diabetes FOR ICBC. They've sent me all over town and every place I have been said they should have had no problems pulling up my charts and filling out this form! The woman didn't even bother asking a Dr just immediately said no turned me away and told me to try a different clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has greatly improved over the years. While previous visits were fine, the wait times were very long. My visit last week was good staff was friendly as usual . I was in and out in 20 minutes!

I went to Mission Hills Medical Clinic, and they explained that I need to book an appointment first thing in the morning, and the doctor would call me the same day. I was able to book an appointment first thing this morning, and the doctor called me, and I was given a much needed prescription. Great customer service at the counter and on the phone, and the doctor was kind, and listened to me, he asked questions. I highly recommend this clinic. They are compassionate and professional. Thank you Mission Hills Medical Clinic, I truly appreciate you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the staff and how I was treated at this clinic. Obviously walk-in clinics are efficiently trying to get patients in and out the door and it was clear that everyone was working very hard to keep the flow of patients going. The time that I had the Doctor (Dr. Peters) in the room with me, he was thorough, he validated my concerns, gave me intelligent explanations and sent me on my way with a lab requisition and prescription. I highly recommend this clinic and am grateful to have a walk-in option in Mission for immediate medical needs.
