A	Ally Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is no But too quik there are imperfections in my nails. I can see the marks where they filed and ground them down. It should be smooth and perfect. I had a fill. They where smooth before they started I won't go back.

She didn't clean Cuticles or pushed back. When I asked her, she made weird story that I will do it after filing. The shape is totally off. She was self praising her work rather than listening to Me. I asked for nail polish on toes and the girl cut my nail too much and shape was messed up. I told the owner , she said oh she didn't cut it. Lied on my face. I would say PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. TOTAL RIP OFF. WESTED 100 DOLLARS. Nail are thick, uneven, Missing powder at places.

Went in for a full set of acrylics as my regular salon was booked up for the day and i needed my nails done for an event. They made the shape of the acrylic nail so thick and bumpy looking, i looked like i had jelly beans on my hands. The owner had the nerve to tell me “dont look so hard, you are paying too much attention” when i realized how bad they were looking . If i am paying for a service, you best believe i am going to expect the nails to actually look good from all angles. I ended up removing the nails myself a week later. Go to any other salon in Mission. Their cleanliness is also questionable right now during covid19. Other salons have all staff wearing gloves and also using brand new filers which they pull out for each customer. Not this place though.
J	Jayme Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one to write a bad review, but I feel like people need a warning on how awful this place is! I came in to get my gel polish taken off & then reapplied. They sanded my old shellac off, but sanded way too hard & I was left with tissue paper thin nails. They then proceeded to cut my nails basically off (I had been working so hard on growing them out). A new Shellac was put on & it honestly looked like my 6 year old painted my nails. I paid, Left, and then just thought "what am I doing....", So I went back in, told them I was unhappy, I had polish on my skin, and I just wanted them to take it off. So again, They sanded it off... My nails were so red & I am surprised they didn't start bleeding. Before the lady agreed to take my polish off, she grabbed my hand and began yelling and showing my nails to other clients saying "I dont know what shes talking about, they look fine". Which was so unprofessional & embarrassing. I had to ask her to stop & just take it off. This was actually right before Christmas, it is now April & I am still growing out the damage that was caused. Almost 4 months later & my nails are still so messed up!! Literally go anywhere but here.

M	Megan Goss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to start by saying that I did appreciate the staff’s overall kindness throughout the appointment. I am, unfortunately, very disappointed in the final product. I am almost speechless. I am not one to care much about my nails and am generally very easy to please, but unfortunately there aren’t many redeeming qualities here. I showed a photo of the colour and shape that I was looking for (I’ll see if I can attach here) and got nothing close. The shape is inconsistent and uneven (tilted), the colour is just not what it was supposed to be, polish was poorly applied (bubbling, uneven at cuticles, on skin, etc), cuticles were left, nails are thick. I won’t be back to have them fixed at the shop as I fear I will get a similar result, but I will need to get them fixed today elsewhere. Kind of feels like a waste of money. I have read the reviews online now and seen the photos and there seems to be some consistency in the reports.
