★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and quick. Good for color change or quick polish. Not a luxury spa and they don't sanitize work stations between clients. Tools appear to be sanitized each time though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does such a beautiful job each and every time. I am there every two weeks for a fill and every month for a pedi. They are so kind and always on time. Never been disappointed.... and they have THE BEST selection of colors. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my daughter for a manicure for her b-day. The ladies asked us very briefly about the occasion and continued talking to each other without paying attention to us as costumers. They where very disappointed that we refused the shellac nail polish. Then asked me to pay before they applied the nail polish not to ruin my nails ( other nail salons are using little fans to dry faster) . After I had my eyebrows waxed, another bad experience, she burned my eye lead and she didn’t even say sorry . I would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Trang once a month for my acrylic nails, and she has never once disappointed. I’ve been beyond happy with every set she’s done, and even though Trang is the one that always does my nails, the other staff members there are all so nice. I love getting to go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to crystal nails for many years now. They really care about your experience and always try to make sure you leave happy. Trang is absolutely amazing and is so good at what she does. They aren’t only isn’t just interested in taking your money, they truly believe that a happy customer is a returning customer. Highly recommend!!! I have tried many places but since finding crystal nails I haven’t gone anywhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so friendly & accommodating, I made an appointment but, by mistake I called the one in Abbotsford & when we got to the salon, they still took my daughter & I right away with no issues. They fixed the nails that had started lifting from the other salon we had gone to & filled the ones that could be filled, they ended up replacing 5 nails in total & the new set hasn't started lifting & looks amazing. I've said it before, while pretty nails are nice, if they don't stay on, what's the point of paying that much?? 5 out of 5, would recommend & WILL be returning. The salon was clean & had a very friendly atmosphere. They are welcoming & made sure our nails & the design my daughter chose was right & the way she wanted it.
