D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with a part and needed expertise. Was rudely told to buy OEM (custom bike, OEM???) then told it would never work (wiring won't work if wired properly??) Then to be tossed, literally thrown the part back at me, with a reply he is busy... Guess your mechanic only likes working on OEM issues. Won't be back to be told something for my custom won't work...

I own a 2006 200 XC-W (wicked machine) which was well in need of some service work. To be honest I called around to three other larger shops which handle many brands of bikes and was told by all of them that it would be at least 4-8 weeks to lock down an appointment. I dug a bit deeper and found Mission Cycle. I gave them a call and spoke to Jamie who told me to bring the bike down and they could likely complete the work in a couple of weeks. When I showed up to drop the bike off Jamie came out and we walked through what the bike needed and I immediately knew I had made a solid choice. Long story short - their customer facing staff know what they are talking about, their mechanics are top notch and I didn’t feel like just another bike coming through the shop like a lot of the larger multi brand shops. The service work they did was excellent and I would highly recommend these guys - Chris
