K	Kayla Robins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was awful. While front of house tried to fix the issue, it’s the back of house and management that needed some serious work put into. Ordered calamari, had it sit in the fryer for an extra 5 minutes, completely stale, unable to be eaten by how hard it has become. The table next to us had sent their calamari back too, given how hard and terrible it had been made. Repulsive to say the least. We’re told it’ll be made proper to orders the next time we get it and its still, terrible. We ask for the rest of our food to go as we’ve waited long enough and we have somewhere to be, we wait even longer, on the road I get to finally eating my burger and it’s been burnt! Hats to the chef don’t know how this person got hired I wish them the best of luck in life. This was such a shame. Applause the the management for short staffing and not having the kitchen up to date! Never had such a terrible experience at any milestones, will not be back. Please get it right or shut down. Thank you.

I almost feel like I need to use sounds as well, to convey how yummy every single dish I have tried tastes. My wife is a vegetarian and even her dishes taste great to me. The only thing I would have to say is that is isn't a cheap meal but if you want to never be disappointed with the dish you ordered go to Milestones in Kelowna. Also the service is always very good.
D	Debby MacDougall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience here today. They had ceaser specials on. I'm driving back to Osoyoos soon so I ordered the sweet and spicy-virgin. It was epic. My lunch feed was the Mediterranean goat cheese platter....perfect choice. I highly recommend this joint. Great service, beautiful food and drink ? ?
F	Faiien Wings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our food was great (see exception), however, our server spoke in a very annoying voice (super high-pitched and like we were her kindergarten class). The bellini was amazing. I ordered the chicken stack dish, but as I had mentioned that I had somewhat of an onion allergy, but could tolerate it somewhat, they took out the sauces (which I ordered the dish FOR) and didn't confirm with me. They served the dish with no tomato sauce and no creamy pesto, because both were "filled with onion." I was very disappointed, and had to ask the kitchen to bring me both sauces. I would have liked to be able to decide myself, rather than the server decide for me. I am not a child, I know how much my body can tolerate (lactose sensitive people, you know what I mean). They had the audacity to serve the pasta with BUTTER. JUST BUTTER. On a $26 dish. The chicken was dry—I think because they didn't put the sauce on when cooking it. There was the tiniest bit of vegetables with the dish. The pasta wasn't overdone, and once I added the sauce back, it was great. Had they asked if the onion in the sauce was okay, I would have told them! But they didn't! Every restaurant I go to usually asks if the sauce is okay and/or if the modification they are planning is okay. Milestones chose not to, and it was a great disappointment. I don't want to say it ruined the meal, but it ruined it. Others who didn't have allergies had no issues.

I had 2 ultimate dinning experience gift cards that clearly state Milestones organization on the card. When I called to place my order and confirmed with the staff that I was paying by gift card upon pick up, they quickly interjected and said we don't accept those cards anymore and haven't since last September. She said it's been difficult to get the word out....the cards were just purchased at Christmas.... I'm so disappointed that your company would not stand by the gift cards that clearly display your restaurant name on them. It was an awful experience.. especially as it was a special occasion. A sale was lost that night and many more will be.. I will no longer support your franchise now or in the future. Thank you.
J	Jag M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from dinner. Everything was amazing. We had a table of 6 adults and a table of 8 children. Kaylen was our server. He was super upbeat, attentive and a pleasure to have around. He treated the kids just like adults and made them feel super special. He also took the time to split the bill for each family just superb service’!!The food was really good and we all had a fabulous time considering they were super busy due to the long weekend and soccer tournaments rush!
