The manager was out front to greet people and even came to our table to make sure everything was going well. Red Robin is our regular "burger place"!

The main reason I’m writing this review is because of the server we had. Brendan is a very friendly person. His service was top notch. We would come back just on the chance we may have the pleasure of being served by him again. If you get the chance, I recommend that you ask to be seated in his area. JRW.

The atmosphere is always cozy and comfortable and not to mention the incredible food and burgers. Thank you so much to all the crew and staff. Thanks so much Derek.

Despite the busyness of the restaurant, our server Madi was so quick to take our order and refill our drinks and check up on us without being too pushy. I have food allergies and have never experienced any cross-contamination while eating at this Red Robin and I have been coming for years. They were able to accommodate all requests including getting an early delivery of yam fries as an appetizer. I can afford much nicer restaurants but come back time and time again because of how well I am treated.

We have eaten at red robins numerous times and have had great experiences however, We made a reservation for 6 and requested we have a booth or half booth as we had a toddler and 5 year old with us. we were told that was not a problem. We arrived for a reservation for 5:30 and we were sat at a table in the middle of the room that was at risk of tipping with so much as a menu being placed on it (disaster waiting to happen with kids). We went to the front to ask about our booth reservation the hostess told us that they didn't have a booth even though it was written on the reservation with a too bad so sad attitude. We explained that we had small children and a booth was the easiest way to seat them. We were told it would be quite a wait for the next booth to become available. We asked if we could at least switch tables to something more sturdy and were told there was absolutely nothing available.... in a half full restaurant. The hostess didn't seem at all fazed by the inconvenience but was SHOCKED when we told her we were just going to leave. The waitress even looked at the hostess as if to say hey why are they leaving what's the issue. The Hostess was essentially the cause of the not so pleasant experience. There was no attempt made to rectify a situation that, in my opinion was very easily fixable.

She was classy knew what she was doing and recommended the Scorpion Burger. It was awesome. I’d steal her for our restaurant if we knew we could.

After 45 minute wait for food in Kelowna, the fries were inedible. Food was old and cold. Overcooked, brown and cold. Burger was lukewarm. Macaroni and cheese was soupy, barely any noodles and not appetizing. Restaurant dirty and dated. Alot of dust and crumbs behind the seats at eye height. Floor was covered in large crumbs. Table pulled away from wall, looks filthy. Not impressed. This is not the Red Robin I remember. Not worth the money, poor experience all round.
