If you are considering Kelsey Fairbank as your realtor, I would strongly recommend that you do so. I enlisted Kelsey’s help to sell my home in mid August. It was very important for me to have a smooth and quick sale in order for my partner and I to go our own separate ways. Kelsey advised me along the way to maximize the profit in my home. I followed the advise of her recommended stager, brought in someone to clear and clean a problem area in our yard and had a top photographer come in to photograph & do a virtual tour of our home for the listing. Kelsey listed strategically in the last week of September with a clear timeline to sell. I worked with her to block off showing days and on offer day I was able to negotiate an offer over listing price. Kelsey was able to have the possession date moved closer for me so I could be free of the house and move on with my life. My house was on the market for one week and it sold just like she thought it would. Kelsey was absolutely my sidekick in the sale of this house! Absolutely the best realtor I have hired bar none! I had limited options on the market in order an acreage in East Kelowna, but Kelsey scoured the realtor systems, found an off market acreage in the perfect area, engaged the old listing agent, negotiated a subject to sell on my home in a sellers market and then sold my home in downtown Kelowna in 2 days!! All in she managed to close both deals in 23 days total! Not to mention the fact that she booked the home inspection, provided me with any/all city related property info, introduced me to banking options, legal, etc, etc. She made this the easiest and most organized real estate transaction I have ever been involved in.
