We used Jay for the Sale and Purchase. We had a very unique situation for this to all occur. Jay was very professional, understanding, and very capable of keeping everything on track so that we could check off the boxes of what needed to occur and when. He has assembled an awesome team around him which is a direct reflection of him. We sold our house in the slowest time of the year, January, and Jay had it sold with multiple offers within weeks for 98% of ask. He did everything right from marketing, open houses, and communicating efficiently and effectively all the time. I would highly recommend him to family and friends as well to you the reader.

Jay read the market better than the other 2 realtors who we had look at our house before selling. He had amazing advice on the renovations we were thinking of doing before listing.
