I looked for longer than I would have liked for what I was looking for. I asked for help and the girl didn't know so she asked someone and they seemed not to think they had it. I showed her the picture in my phone that said it was in stock. Then she found it. I just enough time to make it to work. I stood behind 4 people in line. When I finally got to the till, she rang it through. She asked how I would like to pay I said debit. She said "Oh our debit is down. Cash or credit only If I had known that when I walked in the store I would have turned around and left. If I had known while I was standing in line I wouldn't have wasted my time standing there. I was not impressed.

I went for Holiday decorations and crafts. Disappointing for sure, but it doesn't stop me from going in since they are still charging for shipping when you order online.

D	David Donaldson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good visit to Michael’s. One staff member even helped me “hide” a present for one of the children I had with me. She wrapped it up in paper behind the till and bagged it out of sight so there was no chance he could see it. Great customer service.
