★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was great and customer service was good but they didn't have a very a great selection of children's clothes. I was looking for outfits for a 3 year old boy and a 3 year old girl and there wasn't much to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with this store. I called the day before about a JBL charge 4 speaker. They had it in stock and they said they could price match so long as it wasn't an online store. I went in only for them to tell me they only price match with places like Atmosphere, Canadian Tire (so in house or select stores) but NOT Visions or even Best Buy. They told me they've never even heard of Visions. Very annoyed since I drove from out of town. And if you're thinking, why not just go to Visions, I was trying to use my Canadian Tire points and promos. Anyways, I had to drive up to Manning Sport Chek and had absolutely no problems with them price matching from Visions. Try to have some consistency Sport Chek or inform your staff better. I really hate to give negative reviews but I had to post so no one else wastes their time on misinformation and inconsistency. Embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find most products (due to size it is understandable they might not have a big selection) and helpful staff members checking where I could acquire said item at anther location or other stores if it's a more specialized product.
Wanted cheap but fictional shoes and there was no sales pressure or pushing. (If you give them a budget/ filter on needs, they will work with it, if you got no limits they are also helpful).
I gone in for shoes, came out with shoes and rubber bands to help my do front lever risers till I can solo it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in October 10th around 14:00 to purchase two pairs of shoes and some winter wear. I couldn’t find anybody to assist me, I walked around the entire store, I checked in at the front and asked for assistance, the only staff member I saw appeared to be quite literally hiding in a corner on her phone in the middle circular section of the store. When I saw that I left. I ended up walking out without making a purchase. I ended up going to the Nike store at the mall and was assisted promptly.
In these times I’m of the opinion stores can’t afford to let their staff be so unprofessional and disorganized. The days of in-store shopping are dying and I can see why. Never was a huge fan of this sportchek location but it’s safe to say I’ll avoid them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I think I have the exact same person helping me out. The girl was on her device phone/scanner. I hate shopping for shoes to begin with and the experience that I had with her was just terrible. I just wanted to get the shoes and get out of there. I talked to the woman at the front till about my experience. But I also know how these things work with minimum wage jobs. Just because somebody hates their job doesn't mean that they can just completely ignore customer. Really really awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It provide people with a variety of sporting goods, including all the new releases of athletic gear before they are released to other retailers in Canada. This means that you don't have to wait in line as long when trying to purchase your favourite items just because you live in Canada.
