★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible shopping experience. They sold me a jacket and within a week stitching was coming out from the back and even a button connector peice fell off. I treated this this jacket very well and it was lightly worn. The brand was "Canada winter gear" I would highly recommend steering away from this brand as it's price can be tempting but the quality is well below the selling point. After realizing this, international clothiers refuse to exchange for anything other than what's on their shelves as they apparently can't order the same size jacket to their store. I was told this is due to them not knowing exactly where the murchandise is from and cannot see stock availability. Also, they will give you no cash refund for your defective purchase but only a store credit to buy more poor quality murchandise. The cashiers told me that this is store policy and no refunds have been accepted since the store was opened. It's your money but I would use my experience as a way of informing your decisions around shopping at a store such as this, in the end you want be saving any money at all.
