Got 3 drinks, but they put two of the wrong toppings in the wrong drinks. The employee noticed the mistake, but served us a wrong order anyways.
Tasted good though, so I’ll give it a 3 out of 5 for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall closes at 6, I arrived at 5:25. The cashier refused to take any orders. And the reason was she needed to clean up in order to close right at 6PM.

Polite staff and my order was correct. Service is a touch slow, but it's a holiday weekend and a busy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there after they had been open for an hour, they didn’t have any tapioca balls made and wouldn’t for another hour. This isn’t the first time I have been burned by this place. Another time they only had enough tapioca for one drink and we’re not making currently anymore and it was 12:30 in the afternoon. Their drinks taste good but the lack of prep is awful.
