E	Eugene Qilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cockroaches, bed bugs and terrible management. The new owner of the building is greedy, the raised the rent by $400 for new tenants. The building itself is very old and pipes break and leak all the time.
B	Babar Khalil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lured me in to rent a 1 bedroom apartment in February 2017, freshly renovated for almost 1400$ a month with parking. They told me that they will provide me backyard as it is on ground floor till March. Ground realities: 1. Window was not sealed, every time it rained, flooded my only bedroom. Maintenance fixed leak in 5 months. Despite all the reminders. 2. Theres a main sewer pipe broken/leaked since Years underneath my apartment. The moisture is giving birth to Millions of flies that make way into my apartment and im left with using pesticides all the time. 3. Due to leaked sewage, moisture in my apartment is DOUBLE. 4. Cockroaches are EVERY WHERE. 5. Spiders and Centipedes as well. I feel like im living in a TENT or have gone Camping for a very long time. MANGEMENT DOES NOT EXIST. 1. Un-announced Water closures for full day. They put up a print out on their main notice board and their responsibility is over. So much more man, just do NOT rent here.
S	Shanika Grey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many issues I don't even know where to begin. This may be a long one so be prepared to read and be informed before you decide to come rent here. My advise DON'T 1) First off this building is highly infected with roaches and everytime you put in a complaint they take a long time to get someone to spray the roach which doesn't get rid of them not to mention the tidious work of emtyping and placing back the things in your cupboard. 2) Management is pretty much non existent, they are hard to reach within the business hours and issues aren't death with a timely response or much regards 3) The building is not the cleanest however that is on both tenants and management 4) Any updates or notices that are occurring is ONLY and I mean ONLY placed at the main entrance at the elevators so if you access the building at the back or take the stairs you will not know what is going on. They usually place notices on each door, however that did not last. 5)If there is any damages to the building eg stairs broken etc it will continue to be a sore eye, and will not get fixed until someone is hurt by it 6) The money you pay for rent is not worth the conditions they want you to live in
H	Hamza Ansari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one the worse managed buildings in the area. It is super unorganized and infested with roaches left, right and center. Do not get misled by the renovations because at night time you will see 40-50 cockroaches running at one time if the light goes on. After a few weeks you will see them running around in day time as well. Unexpected water shut downs randomly and management is pretty much useless when issues come up. The only good thing about this apartment is the area, other than that get ready to live with bed bugs and roaches.

People making music everyday even at night; and the landlords don't do anything about it. The rooms are also very small! The management doesn't even do anything about it at all. I recommend you don't buy this place. If I would give this a zero, I would.
M	Mark Alfano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living here for 8 mos, and unlike many of the reviews I read here, my experience has been wonderful, more than I expected in all honesty. The apartment was recently reno'd before we moved in. It's spacious and filled with natural light. All amenities are within a short walk. Residents are friendly, and no bugs to speak of. Getting things done with the staff Krystina and Melissa is always professional and prompt. The building is older, but the care management takes to ensure you 'get what you pay for' is constant and intuitive (they are always improving). I personally can't recommend this enough!
