100% I don’t recommend.
The superintendent are rude!
They collect money then they don’t wanna show the unit. They dont return your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go there, there are roaches in the cabinets and their building superintendent and building manager are both dubious and are thieves, they collect money for rent from you, they keep postponing your appointment to see the apartment you want to rent, taking advantage of immigrants, they don't show you the apartment on the day they promise, eventually when you see the apartment and don't like it, they don't want to refund your money they say they have kept the apartment for you for that long, this happened to me.
Management don't even investigate on issues of rent, the building is unkempt with cigarette sticks littering everywhere in the enterance.....it is a bad idea, they do not even have any internet presence, where you can find pictures of the apartment and what it looks like, i was duped!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible building. Filled with cockroaches and bad management. The water keeps going off every few weeks, months or at least once a year. The superintendent doesn’t fix anything or takes months to fix if something breaks down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The superintendent never vacuums the carpets in all the floors which makes it incredibly dirty and filthy. But she cleans daily on the first floor (where she lives). That is terrible and so unfair. Please don't move here let others know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with many others that the ceiling noises bother us when we sleep at night. Plus, the bathrooms are very filthy and smell awful. If you don't like to live with insects, this is not going to be your type of home.

1) I have requested the landlord to send someone to fix the light, power outlet for almost 3 months, but they never fixed.
2) When something is broken or needs to get fixed, the superintendent never fixes it!
3) The walls are damaged and has many insects!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is filthy and is filled with garbage in the lobby and in all the floors. The superintendent doesn't check to see garbage on all the other floors except for the lobby. Sometimes we can smell smoking in the elevators. Everyday, you can hear the engine noise in the ceilings which make people have a hard time sleeping.
