★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family from UK booked a 2 bedroom suite with a great view back in August at a great price for check in this week. Things happen so the initial apartment requested got sold and they provided an alternative - no where near what they were looking for for their stay. Price altered by few dollars only, they got a 1 bedroom on the ground floor, with no view, locks broken and noisy that they checked out one night early. Not to mention the customer service guy was the least accomodating and very unprofessional. Would much rather have booked through air bnb. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book 3 bedroom condo and check in was easy. Very convenient location. Opposite to square one mall and right at highway. Staff was very helpful and they quickly provided me with extra toiletries and comforters when i needed them. It was full kitchen and we were able to cook during our stay.Thanks to staff specially Gaurav, veda and Sammy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at property on March 8th for 2 weeks. $250 security deposit was taken and according to their policy, it should be refunded in one month.
Now it has been 4 months I have checked out and I still haven't received my security deposit.
I have called the property 5 times and their accounting department is working now. But my return is still in pending.
I have called them and write to them but no one responded to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is in a great central location close to Square One Mall , and Port Credit in Mississauga with Go trains and quick access to major freeways. The building itself is well maintained and has 24 hour security at the front desk and the underground parking lot. The three bedroom , two bathroom suite was spacious with a great view . Directions for check in were very specific but no signage. Receptionist seemed to be searching for accomadations for us even though we had called an hour before. Suite assigned looked tired.
What was missing: a safe, enough keys and fobs, towels , working appliances, standard amenities, parking as requested. I had to call head office in California and never did speak to on-site manager to rectify issues . Still I would recommend this property for what it did offer and I would stay again but in the Grand Ovation tower not the Ultra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed in unit 501 phase 3 over Christmas 2019. A two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The locks were broken on the doors, the clothing dryer NEVER worked and neither did one of the burnes on the stove. If for whatever reason you lit the three remaining working burners it set off the smoke alarm. The tub clogged when you used the sink in the master bathroom so you ended up pay for a two bathroom but could only use one. The carpets where discoloured and the room was never cleaned.
The towels were torn and half the lights never worked. When we complained 'the manager told us she's going to the US for Christmas ...isn't that wonderful?"
When it came time to refund the deposit they decided only to refund half without explanation.
We took several pictures of the deplorable conditions in the unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely experience with Pelican overall. I was booked at ovation towers Mississauga, Ontario.
I booked 1 bedroom was upgraded to 2 bedroom ,
All the facilities promised were provided to us!
I hosted my family , they loved the stay
Cleaning and minor fixes were done as requested steadily.
Chinar was my onsite manager she responded swiftly if any assistance was required without any delay.
I highly recommend if anyone looking for short term rentals .

I rented a unit at Duke of York BLV for month and my plan was to look for a long term place somewhere else but today after the end of the month I discovered that I fell in love with the place and I extended my stay for another month at least. The apartment is clean and comfortable. it is within walking distance to square one mall and just across the street from the central library.the view from the balcony is amazing.The building itself is beautiful. the staff are very very supportive and the lady in the office is not just supportive and friendly but she is a very beautiful lady and has an amazing smile. I love Mississauga and Portugal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For our first visit to Canada, I had booked a 2 BHK for 14 days with Pelican.
And the experience was delightful. The apartment was neat and clean with all necessary furnishings and kitchen and home appliances.
The sales team was very patient and supportive and Abby needs a special mention here.
The service team led by Nalia also made our experience more pleasurable with excellent service. (Came with her team on a Saturday to replace a Microwave)
Would recommend this service for family users for sure.
The location of Ovation Towers is very close (walking distance) to Square One, Celebration Square and Sheridan College.
