★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever went through. We booked for 6 weeks and got kicked out after 3 weeks all of a sudden because we were told the unit became unavailable. They were breaching the contract like it meant nothing for them. I was pregnant back then and this caused me so much trauma. And then they told us if we don’t leave they are going to change the locks. Then they promised to refund the money but they never did. Everyone keeps lying. Everyone works here will lie to you and steal your money. Even their manager is super shady. I had to go through lawyers and banks to dispute the charges and refund that I was promised for. This company is an absolute scam. I lost thousands of dollars. Please avoid this company whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After making a reservation with Pelican Executive stays they charged me extra fees that were not included in the original contract. After speaking with AJ and Renzy they agreed to a refund then AJ promptly hung up on me. I called several times and they now refuse to issue a refund.
STAY AWAY!!
They also asked for me to email a picture of my full visa and photo ID.
