The sales women shows me the selection , told me danby freezers have a 5 year warranty , told her I am Leary of purchasing a danby , she assured me the warranty is better than the other choices . I purchased the dandy on her assurance of the better warranty . get it home and set up only to read in the manual it has a one year warranty . I called her , she said bring it back to change for a 5 year warranty one at added cost . honest mistake ? going into store she is complaining about how I have been a hassle for her and her delivery man , I just waisted 2 hours of my and my daughters time and my fuel driving to and from her store . the attitude towards us from the sales women was insulting and extremely unprofessional . I will never step foot in any merit furniture and will advise anyone else to do the same . I am very glad I looked up the warranty after setting up appliance , took me 2 min to know the product better than sales woman , honest mistake ? I don't think so , after the attitude received , it was easy for me to find the truth , willful deceit ? most likely worst of all in front of my daughter . shame full service .

We liked him at his first comment: "We don't bother you here; I won't follow you around, but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask." What proceeded was both fruitful, since we bought a couch that day, and full of laughter. He was a hoot and a half. 10/10 - would definitely recommend.

The sales staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy like some of the other stores we went into. Delivery came on the day they told us it was going to, and we love it. We'll definitely return, and would highly recommend.

She was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the exact model I needed. I paid half the cost as a down payment, and waited for it to arrive. When Wendy informed me that the original delivery date could not be met, I went into the store to see what was available there. Wendy found exactly what I wanted for a better model than I had originally ordered, and for delivery in only a few days time. The delivery guys were on time and very professional and careful. From beginning to end, Wendy was very reassuring and positive in her manner. Thanks!
