bought a new washer/dryer in aug. Signed up for the flexicity 0% interest card. Looked at my first invoice and its 25% READ THE FINE PRINT Because their salesperson lied to my face telling me not to worry it was 0%. Now they are wiping their hands clean of it telling me its my problem. If i could rate the brick 0 stars i would. Never been treated so poorly in my life.

Recently made a few purchases, and sales consultant Kendall Forsberg was amazing. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to help. Got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price, while taking all of my concerns into consideration. Not to mention she was so kind and has a good sense of humour. This woman deserves a raise! Very pleasant experience.

I ordered a TV on The Brick's website that was supposed to be ready for pickup last Saturday. I received a call on Friday advising that they weren't able to have it in until today, and that they'd email me as soon as it was off the truck. That's fair - many items are slow in arriving nowadays. Having heard nothing from them, I called early this afternoon and was told that it was in, would be off the truck shortly, and I would receive an email when it was ready. Having still not heard back from them, I called at 5:15 and was told that my TV was ready to pick up, but that the warehouse staff were preparing to leave for the day. I asked why I didn't receive an email. The person I spoke with said (among other things) that they'd just returned from vacation today and didn't know anything about it, which was a lame excuse as I had already told them I called today. I found the person on the line unprofessional and keen to pass the buck. I get that these are challenging times, but an apology and acknowledgement of a screwup would have been appropriate. It's been years since I have dealt with The Brick, and I'm beginning to remember why. Update: when I was finally able to pick up my tv, I went in to the store and asked to speak to the manager. He was sitting in his office, open door, looking out toward me. He told me he needed to finish something (he was typing on his keyboard) and would be right with me. Ok, maybe it was urgent because why else would he choose to make a customer in his store wait, right? I walked around the showroom for about 10 minutes, returning to his office frequently, but he steadfastly ignored my presence in front of his open door. I decided I had waited long enough for him to finish and asked his name. Seems that got his attention because suddenly he was all about helping me, but by that point I realized he was just another part of the problem.

Mike was extremely helpful with picking out my furniture. He helped me look at the different kinds of furniture that matched my decor and looked into delivery dates that worked with my schedule. Would recommend!

I'll preface this by saying that my partner and I don't particularly look like "new furniture" people, and are often approached as if we are pesky teenagers when shopping. Kendall was extremely helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed our experience picking out and purchasing our new sofa and ottoman with her. Such an absolute delight to talk to, we will definitely come back to her for purchases in the future!

If you are elderly please tread carefully. Tried to rip off my elderly father on a purchase. If you make a purchase here read ALL fine print on your receipt carefully and be sure it correctly reads what you paid with, cash or card before you leave the store. Not sure what kind of shady tactics they were trying to pull but they tried to steal money from my father. What happened? He ordered an item, paid all cash for it, the receipt in fine print said that he paid a portion on a brick card yet he doesn’t even own a brick card, they waited an hour after he left the store and they canceled the order on him. When he called weeks later looking for his couch they said his order was cancelled and told him he did not pay with cash. When he asked for the security camera footage to prove he paid with cash they said the camera wasn’t working that day. Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend making a purchase here.

I have been looking for a new bed. Two members of my family suggested we check the Brick in Duncan, and I'm very happy we did! We were greeted by Kendall Forsberg, and she was extremely helpful from start to finish. She listened very carefully to my situation and needs and went above and beyond into finding what was right for me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. I will definitely be visiting The Brick for future furniture needs because of this fantastic experience! A big thank you to Kendall for the amazing service.
