m	megavolumequeen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sewing machine that is missing a bunch of peices. I've never owned one so I don't know what it looks like when a machine is missing something. But this store should not be selling a sewing machine that won't even work and is missing peices. I'm going to try and take it back today and get another one that works. Wish me luck

But yesterday I bought a jeans for a 3 year old, 2 tshirts for adults, one short and a kids sandals for 24 dollars. And when I asked for the price for every piece the new lady didn't tell me. Now its became expensive with bad organization and bad service.

There are no prices on anything she makes them up on the spot depending on how much she thinks you want them. She charged me for a canon charger which may or may not work 6$. 6$!! The merchandise is unorganized and the store is incredibly messy. There have been things in there for over a year with little changeover. My least favourite thrift store in duncan. Mission thrift is hands down so much better just wished they had furniture. Someone get that lady a new job she clearly hates her job.

Questionable consumable used items on the shelves for sale. Anything i was interested in had no prices. That is a deal breaker for me. I want to know the price.
D	Diana Thorogood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO stars. This place is absolutely disgusting. Zero organization, items literally scattered on the floor and piled up haphazardly. Theres even a sign by the picture frames warning of broken glass. Like come on, have some pride in your store. Beyond overpriced and like a hundred other people have mentioned, the manager clearly hates her job and will drive up the price of every item. Very sad.. this place has so much potential but needs a complete overhaul starting with the people who run it!
A	Acer Rubrum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASK the PRICE BEFORE, she starts to ring up your items!!! Overpriced, dirty, broken, chipped, chaos, and no customer service. Duncan has many thrift shops that have much better clean items, prices marked, with staff that are a delight. However this is not one of those. OR if you want some fun... bring what you are thinking of buying up, let her ring it in (she never says the price out loud), get the total, then ask the individual prices and decide whether to buy it or not, then total again and pay. Counting on the fact that most people are nice and don't want to be a bother or make a fuss, is an underhanded manipulation of a customer. Don't be afraid, intimidated embarrassed, or bullied from getting clear pricing and a total before handing over your money. Their lack of professionalism and basic ethical business practices is not your problem, it is theirs.
