K	Kate Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I spent $1000 in the store, paid for delivery, and when it arrived they had switched out my choices with damaged items. When I wanted to return it for a refund, they tried to say I couldn't because some items were seasonal clearance. After over a week of hassle they had to come and pick up the stuff and then the manager tried to accuse me of "damaging" the outdoor rug. I demanded they send me pictures and after another runaround, he sent me pictures and there is absolutely zero damage, so he was caught in a lie trying to rip me off. Another week of hassle goes by and the regional supervisor is involved and says he is so sorry and that's not how they do business and he will have a meeting with this crooked manager and would I accept a gift card? Well it was a $50 gift card after over 2 weeks of constant rigmarole, and actual attempted defamation and false accusation...absolutely disgusting. I won't ever step foot in this horrible store again. Horrible quality, horrible management, absolute nightmare of a shopping experience.

Joshua C at the furniture department helped me pick out the most amazing pieces and Robby assisted me with the shipping department picked up afterwards. Absolutely kuddo to both of them, I Haven't had such a wonderful experience in a very long time!! They are very knowledgeable about the products, very gifted design ideas. Highly recommended JYSK to our community!!! Their price is very fair and lots of options with home decor and accessories. A lot of goodies in there for sure. I went back this morning and Josh C assist me again. He is just an amazing &caring individual. He even helped me carry my purchases to the vehicle!!!
