A	Anthony Wiebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While entering this store I observed a patron entering the store without a mask, contrary Public Health Order. I asked the male where his mask was. He replied the he didn’t need a mask. He then proceeded into the grooming area to pick up his dog. The employee served the male without addressing the fact that he was not wearing a mask. The subject then went to the cashier to pay for his services. The cashier, who was later identified as the manager, served the male without addressing the mask issue. I approached the manager and asked why the male was served even though he was not wearing a mask. The manager stated that it was corporate policy that staff members not enforce the Public Health Order. I will not be buying at Petsmart any time soon. Any business that does not protect the health and welfare of their staff and patrons, will not get my business.

The selection is good and being open until 9:00pm most nights is convenient. I've been pleasantly surprised a few times over the years at how great and flexible their return policy is- they even take back opened toys. Very happy regular customer here.

I purchased a fish tank for my wife recently, It was a new design and wasn't cheap. 3 weeks later I find that its been discounted 75%. 6 dead fish later we found out the tank had been discontinued. We are animal lovers and the death of so many fish was sad for us. Petsmart was helpful and kind throughout the process and we are impressed and grateful to your caring staff. Sometimes these things can't be avoided but I wish someone in buying had done their research before adding that tank to the shelf.

Hit miss with the knowledgeability of the staff. Some super helpful. Some less then helpful. 4 for the groomer. 3 for the store. Please like my review if it was helpful. Pro tips : super hit n miss with groomer lately.
