★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, the owner is an absolute delight to deal with. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 5 years. The animals are set up according to their needs, and the pricing is way better than Pet Smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really friendly and even offered to stay open a liitle longer because I got lost. We bought a male black teddy bear guinea pig, he's so sweet and adorable. Sadly his skinny pig mom passed away while giving birth to him, but I'm glad he survived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive from Victoria to Duncan to go to this pet store. Their selection of products are better than other pet stores. It’s refreshing to see a variety of different merchandise. The owner and workers are so friendly and helpful every time I’ve been in the store. The owner will help find other more usual products if she doesn’t have it in her store. There are male mice to adopt which seems to be a rare occurrence for other stores. I highly recommend this wonderful pet store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of pet food and supplies. Beautiful, wonderfully cared for, and healthy animals, lizards, fish, etc available to add to your family. The owner and staff are great, caring people who truly care about the health and well-being of all animals. Licorice and Noodle, the store cats, are just so precious <3 . I definitely recommend Duncan Pets to anyone. **EDIT** LOL!!!! Cricket the kitty, not Licorice, sorry Cricket ??.
