★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a video conference dr appt. You dont actually see a live dr. (I didnt realize that when i went in)
Went in for bad sore throat. Nurse tried her best to get a good image of my throat to send to the dr but the pic quality was always so poor. Dr wanted a swab of my throat to send to lab. Clinic didnt have them so just gave me a requisition form to take to the lab where they told me the dr has to do the swab.
Then gave me a very unprofessional looking dr note for my missed work.
What a waste of everyones time.
