Date for a doctor's office and by the way ur voice-mail is fullllll

First appointment there, i needed a form filled out, DR filled it out, they filled out the rest and emailed it to me. come to find out, they put someone elses name etc on it.. which rendered it useless and seeing as it was a security document and already late ... it was an inconvenience and a breach of security. my next appointment was in the name of the person they had put on previously mentioned form. Now, today, son had an appointment at 2. at 245 i called and asked WTH? they said "he has called" no.. no he hasnt. come to find out - they had put in an incorrect number. now. i have left work early, pulled my kid from school early, been sitting here waiting for an hour... and now they are closed. been waiting for this appointment for about a week - the boy needs meds and now what? ** Update. Dr ended up calling me back after all his other clients. So it was late but greatly appreciated.
B	Bailey Wyka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a virtual appointment for my son, received confirmation that we did indeed have an appointment and then I never received a link. I went to their website and did the virtual check in and never saw a doctor after waiting 45 mins. I phoned multiple times (min 5 times) then when a woman did answer she said she will get the doctor to call in 10-15 mins later. I waited over an hour and never received a call. I called again multiple times over the next hour and no one answered. I understand that it is New Years Eve, but had they just told me that the doctor was unavailable or overbooked then I would’ve been frustrated, but fine. Now I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and communication. Do not go to this clinic.
