Excellent customer service. Receptionist was very helpful and kind.I called them for my husband and they waited to take him in as a last patient. Dr.Ramadan was awesome. He was very patience even though he was in middle of his procedure day , Excellent service .

Best doctor I have ever. One if his front staff is very rude and have no phone skills kept interrupting me. Kept trying to guess what I was going to say. I live out of town so unless I have to have Dr. Ramadan see something I am able to do phone appointments. The woman I talked to told me that he doesn't so that no exceptions. Thr pretended to go ask him and was told that he doesn't do phone call appointments ever. Then kept telling game what I wanted. I finally had to ask to talk to someone else lucky there was a someone else to talk to. Who listened and asked the doctor if he does do phone call app to which of course he does.

If there were a negative rating, I’d be going with that. And we didn’t even get to see the Dr..... My husband and I had an appointment this morning for a meet-n-greet with Dr Ramadan. We have always gone to appointments together, for reasons. One of which is that my husband needs help walking. We arrived early to check in. The reception desk does not have a safety barrier (plexiglass shield). That was our first red flag. The one girl, ‘Tamara’ (it was embroidered on her top) asked for our health care cards, actually taking my husband’s out of his hand and trying to take mine. Second red flag. Just as a side note, my husband and I have chronic illnesses and spend quite a lot of time in Dr’s Offices. We were then told to go wait in our car until they called us in. Not a minute after getting in the car, we got the call to come back in. (Did I mention my husband has a hard time walking?) Except she said just my husband. I was not allowed to go with him. We said NO, we always go together. We were told that 2 adults were not allowed in the same exam room because of covid regulations. Ummm....WHAT? We go to ALL of our many appointments together, always, no exception. I called ahead to our next Dr appointment to see if our going in the same room would be an issue. The lady laughed a little and said “No! Of course not!”. None of our many Drs, clinics, or hospitals has any sort of ‘rules’ like this receptionist insisted we follow. Dr. Ramadan may be a wonderful Dr, we’ll never find out, but his front of store team is not conducive to growing a clientele. They are actually running away patients. I tried to contact the Dr to let him know what has occurred, , but the only way to contact him is through reception, which is the whole problem with in the first place. Competence is a virtue.

I was with Dr Ramadan when he was in Riverbend and followed him to his own practice. He is a patient and knowledgeable doctor who is worth trusting your health with. You can purpose you’re ideas to him and he will consider them and either explain in great detail why you’re wrong or right. Best doctor I have seen and will continue to see.

I am so lucky and grateful to have Dr. Ramadan as our family doctor. I have always appreciated his bedside manner. He always ensures that he understands your needs and is very patient and knowledgeable when explaining information. He is absolutely wonderful with my son, which I feel is invaluable. He is mindful of whether you have health coverage and can offer alternatives if you don't. I always feel welcome and comfortable anytime I call or visit the office. Thank you Dr. Ramadan!

The receptionist keeps hanging up on me when I'm very polite. All I'm asking is the verify my medication refill the pharmacy asked me to verify with the dr office. And she won't speak to me and just keeps hanging up the phone! I've been very polite and kind but the reception refuses to let me speak and keeps hanging up on me. After this experience they banned me from their office. Dr.ramadan is very anti woman, he's tried to force me through numerous invasive and painful colposcopy and similar. When I refuse he refuses to see me for other reasons. I have been asking for a full hysterectomy since the first day he met me.at this point I think he wants women to suffer. Cause after I started avoiding him to avoid the unessecary invasive colposcopy's? He started refusing my appointments and trying to limit the medication that makes my life livable. Taking away the life saving medication I need? To force me to come in and wait 4 hours in his waiting room? To be demanded I must have more cookie cutters in my cervix? No be a real healthcare provide a hysterectomy and recommend me for what I really needed, gfys dr.ramadan.

No appointment and first-time patient I was in and out within 35 minutes the prescription in hand for my abscess tooth. The ladies up front were amazing very friendly and very organized and the Doctor was super friendly and just by talking to him he just had that Vibe were you knew that he knew what he was doing I guess you could say very trustworthy and comforting vibe to him and I'm so glad I went there. I'm from Northern Ontario where family doctor is damn near impossible to find and medical clinics there do not accept new patients and will only take walk-ins for flu shots nothing more so you're forced to go to the big hospitals emergency where unless your on fire I'm not joking you got a minimum 4 hours or more wait, I waited no joke 7hr 45min to see a Doctor in the emergency for a broken arm and wrist fractured in 6 places, anyways my point is it's amazing to have a place like medilink that will see you and treat you I'm not used to that and I am very thankful to the doctor and the staff there.

My daughter and I have been with Dr. Ramadan for years. When he moved clinics we moved with him. He is a very kind, caring and attentive doctor. He really listens and tries to get to the root of the issue.
