s	sabrina lefebvre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le pire centre que je connaisse , impossible d'avoir la ligne pour un rendez-vous , quand tu te déplace pour prendre ton rendez-vous la réceptionniste te dit qu'elle ne peu pas prendre ton rendez-vous que tu dois appeler pour un rendez-vous mais qu'est c ca . La loi du moindre effort . the worst center I know, impossible to have the line for an appointment, when you move to make your appointment the receptionist tells you that she cannot make your appointment that you must call for a see you but what is this. The law of least effort.

Si le téléphone vous dérange, mettez un système de rdv via un système Web comme pour les prises de sang. I put 5 stars for my family doctor Dr Audette, very kind and professional, but I put 0 for the appointment system by phone because no one EVER answers. If the phone bothers you, put an appointment system via a web system like for blood tests.

Aucune réponse que leur boîte vocale, elle me laisse un message a 9h pour me dire que mon rendez vous est déplacé a 9h20 au lieu de 13h40 et plus aucune réponse. Comme si j'avais le temps en 20 min de me rendre mon rendez vous surprise, aucun bon sens!! What are doctors' secretaries for? No answer except their voicemail, she leaves me a message at 9 a.m. to tell me that my appointment has been moved to 9:20 a.m. instead of 1:40 p.m. and no more answer. As if I had time in 20 minutes to go to my surprise appointment, no common sense!!

A	Ashish Mehna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic! Rude receptionist. The people on counter really need some psychological treatment so that they understand the clinic is there because of us, patients. They need to be polite and compassionate. Don’t know who is hiring them.
K	Katie B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an English speaker in Quebec, I was nervous about how I would be able to communicate with the staff: luckily, this was not a concern. The reception staff and nurses communicated with me well, and the physician in particular was very polite and gave me excellent care. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I was asked to return twice before I even had an appointment, because they needed to fit me in. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

I didn’t eat, just to make it on time... it is now passed an hour since I’m sitting here... still haven’t seen the doctor. I used to be followed in Montreal and I rarely had issues with appointments. Not for over an hour. This is ridiculous. While others who have arrived after me are being seen. Is it me or is it the doctor..? I really wonder.
H	Hasna N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3h on hold is low even for you guys. Of course I have things to do so I had to hang up. When I called the operator said 5 more people on hold before me. You could not finish answering 5 people in 3h? When I called it was around 2h30 so not even close to closing time. Shame on you guys .. Covid or no Covid you guys always had long waiting times on your phone. If only there was a place we could file a complaint about your services. You guys are lucky my doctor is good otherwise I would change my clinic asap.
