M	Mori Lachappelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this clinic for 20 years (they use to be next door and recently moved) and I have always been paid excellent attention. Dr. Yep has been my Dr. for the last couple years since Dr. Mukkibi left and he is awesome, makes good referrals to other Dr's for whatever is needed and listens to me. Front end staff are also really good, my appts are always on time, no waiting for more than 2 minutes. We are all very fortunate to be able to receive this kind of medical attention and from all the great people at Novocare.

The doctor I was seeing then made me feel so bad about my miscarriage that I needed to change clinics. A girlfriend of mine recommended Dr. Patel and the clinic is also close to my house. Dr. Patel was wonderful. I've been going to see her for over 6 years and have these 2 monkeys to show for it. Now the 3 of us all go to Novocare. The front staff are so friendly, the nurses are great and the new clinic space is beautiful. If you live in the SW and need an amazing family doctor you can't go wrong with Dr. Patel.

I am really disoriented for what happen, So i went to the front desk if there any doctor can help for a check up, but there is a lady from the front desk name MYRA, she is extemely rude. I keep explaining to her that i got some accident and i am really disoriented but how the way she talk to me is so unprofessional.

y	yessikziiiq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a mental disorder that makes remembering appointments incredibly difficult, this week I got covid, when they called to confirm the appointment and I told them this, they got angry with me for not cancelling earlier. This has plunged me back into a deep depression, I ended up cancelling and not rescheduling even though it's something I desperately need. The lack of tact and understanding shown by the receptionist was incredible and the idea that their patients might be sick seems secondary to them to the fact that they have a business to run. As a quick side note, I would have been willing to have a phone appointment as it was a mental health assessment, but apparently I have to be in to do this even if I suddenly come down with Covid. I figured during a pandemic a medical clinic would be able to make more accommodations for those affected.
D	Danielle Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rosen is such an amazing family doctor. My boyfriend, myself and my daughter all seem him and have been patients of his for over a year now. He is always friendly and in good spirits. I would say he is especially good with babies - my daughter seems to really like him. I have seen a few negative comments about Dr. Patel on here I just don't see it... - she saw my daughter once for a late minute visit and she was very professional and sweet with my daughter as well. Front staff are always friendly. Thank you everyone at Novocare for treating me and my family so well.

I recently received Botox and filler from her and I am incredibly satisfied with the results! She offers these services at a very competitively rate and at a well maintained clinic. Highly recommend.
H	H W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic is fantastic in every possible way. My wife and I have been seeing dr. Hussain for a year now and she's the first family doctor we've felt very comfortable with. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and makes us feel like she actually cares about our well-being. The front desk staff are really nice and also professional. The wait times are really decent both to book an appointment and to be brought into a room to see your doctor. Overall a fantastic clinic and I would recommend this place easily.
