★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first time for me to go to LD. This one is the closest one from my home. The customer service was very nice and helpful. I used some coupons and checks for my purchases for the first time here, unlike the other places I had heard, the lady that helped me was super nice and very informative. Many places are not nice to the ones who use coupons or checks toward baby products. I definitely love to shop in this LD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent most of the day trying to find crutches in the city, Seems everyone were out of stock, After seven different stores my wife called here and the gentleman not only had a pair he held them for me to pickup, Thank you so much for the long lost art of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is inaccurate and not financially ethical. One months worth of a Rx that is 4 pills 4 times a day for a total of 16 pills a day and 480 pills a month. I have had to go to the drugstore no less then 5 times during this month each time getting a portion of my order. Going back to get shortages I'm charged dispensing fees over and over on the same Rx. I will be reporting this lack of patient care lack of fiscal responsibility to my insurance company and to any pharmaceutical governing bodies. Be wary check your Rx make sure when they have to do an Rx in multiple transactions that you arent paying for pills you don't get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment through Apple Support to get my battery replaced in my iPhone. I have AppleCare+ until May of this year so my battery replacement is supposed to be free.
I went in today to the certified Apple Tech person and they attempted to charge me $89.99+GST for a battery replacement that’s supposed to be free. The passive aggressive person who is the Apple representative refused to listen to me and I even offered to show him the screenshot of my booking confirmation showing that it’s supposed to be free.
I took my phone and left, then called Apple Support directly and informed them what happened. Apple support told me that it’s supposed to be free and London Drugs has no right to charge me if I have AppleCare+ This place is dishonest and I will never bring my tech here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been customer for 15 years, pharmacy is excellent, friendly and helpful environment. Today for the first time I had experience where relatively young woman at cosmetics department had zero interest to sell product. First she ignore me, then I realized she was not interesting in looking for what I want. Then she served another customer and let other customer cut the line and pay like I don’t exist. It took her about 30 min for me to pay the bill, while she was serving other customer or being in n her phone.. I will not buy anything in this store any longer due unprofessional behaviour of this particular employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working at the post office is so kind and supportive. I had to ship a package to my boyfriend in the states on a hike and I didn't exactly know the address to send the package to. This lady was so patient and helpful and really explained each step of the process and what my options were. I appreciated her kindness walking me through the process. I will return there for any shipment I need to make!
