Our roots started in Palestine when our grandfather started this restaurant business in the middle of last century in a village in Palestine. With the great passion he had for food and its varieties, he developed aboutunique recipes to ensure customer satisfaction.
My grandfather’s restaurant provided the residents of the village with fresh ethnic foods such as hummus, falafel, beef and chicken shawarma.Jerusalem shawarma & Bakery is the result of the grandfather experience in Palestinian cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best garlic sauce in the city!! The shawarmas are awesome too. Lots of great things in the menu for all different types. Delivery is amazingly quick and always fresh. Great quality ingredients are used and it shows and makes a difference. I highly recommend giving this place a try, prices are great for what you get.

The food is awesome & authentic in my opinion. So much food for the price you pay & in this economy it's rare to find. They're open pretty late too so if you get off work late you're still able to fix your craving, I'm so grateful I had to thank them for that. The menu is very diverse and delicious (although I order the same thing every time) my man usually gets the platter and it's good too. The customer service is also great. I don't think I can find anything negative to say about this place and that's a great thing! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, I had an excellent experience here! The food was fresh, delicious and had very generous portion sizes.
Hind was my wrap wizard today and was lovely. She was prompt with her service, offered me a complimentary piece of baklava during payment and catered to all of my food desires (adding extra cheese to the Greek salad and giving me a little side order of my favorite veggies). She was well put together and very kind, I would give 5 stars for her superstar service alone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered off skip, waited patiently for our donairs, and were SO DISAPPOINTED when they arrived as they were both made incorrectly. They had no sauce at all (though we ordered them and paid for EXTRA sauce). We both asked for no tomatos yet they both have huge pieces of tomatos in them.
It's like they did the exact opposite of what we ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So delicious! We ordered the platter for 3 and it was more than enough to feed our family of 5 (2 adults 3 children). The food was fresh and flavourful and service was fast and friendly. We also tried the baklava. The pastry had the perfect flakiness and crunch and the filling just melts in your mouth.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from here a few times now. Every time the food has been delicious. First time I tried their potatoes, they are so good.
We ordered delivery this time, an item was missing, when calling in the guy on the phone was very nice and polite, they had it out to us very fast .
Look forward to our next meal from here!!

Unfortunately today, we found a hair in the beef donair... The hair is definitely not one of ours that fell into the wrap while eating, either. Completely different colour and length to either of us.

The corrected by making my order from scratch and they gave me the wrong order to take it home. All done with a smile. The quality of the meat and food overall was excellent.
