Simo the physiotherapist at Medical Hub has been amazing in helping me regain motion in my hand and providing me with comprehensive exercises to ease the pain. Simo is by far the best physiotherapist I have come across - I highly recommend his services to anyone in need !

He is thoughtful, helpful, and friendly ~ even after being a patient of his for 10ish years. He along with some former and new partners have open this new location under their own new Brand. I encourage anyone to take advantage of their services, especially if in the area [I travel over from Leslieville however; very accessible by TTC and 3-4 parking garages nearby. They DO fill up however; try the Hyatt underground, around the corner off King St]. Simo & associates are building the business; I also would recommend Dr Higgs for medical needs. He diagnosed an issue I had promptly, knowledgably and knew what my issue was in advance of sending me to a specialist to confirm! Newer members of The Team are extremely friendly and helpful too! >John & Peter!!! I got my flu shot this in Jan -late>my bad- in minutes! In early Jan/2022 I also saw them try VERY hard to help as many 'new & random' customers/clients obtain Covid testing each and every time I was there for "my Simo Fix". Walk In's I believe are still available [call first tho] as they build the business and clientele. Definitely recommend. Give them a try!

The clinic itself is also beautiful and clean which is an added bonus. As a person who injures herself often, it has been a relief to have found Simo and I will definitely continue to seek him out for any future physio needs. He is easily one of the best physiotherapists in Toronto.

I once went there for a rapid antigen test and waited in line for 40 minutes. I had to wait out in the cold and the line didn’t move forward during the time I was there. They said there is only one person taking the test so the wait time might be long but during that 40 minutes not a single person received service. People would come, wait in line, get disappointed after a while and leave. The same thing happened to me too. The staff is extremely irresponsible. Try to avoid this place as much as possible. Edit: In response to owners reply: What your saying is in contrast to the service me and my friends received at your pharmacy. I wouldn’t mind waiting if I saw the staff was actually delivering service. I would respect their efforts and realize it’s just the matter of high number of demands. But that’s not what I encountered. There weren’t many people in the line. It’s just that no one was receiving any service. The fact that you offer walk in service doesn’t make you stand out from other places who accept people with appointments. The quality of service is poor. I’ve received other walk-in services before and the wait time is obviously longer and that’s not something to complain about. The staff was doing their job and I would be grateful for the service. This was so not the case with your pharmacy.

The pharmacists deliver since I am pretty much house bound and it takes an hour for me to get to them via the transit. I just love them, to me they are the best in the city, the kindest, nicest, sweetest, you will find. I have been with them for over 8 years, as I just follow them around, because I truly don't trust anyone else with my medication needs. They were the first to suggest a blister pack in order to insure that I stopped missing dosages of different meds, since I am on 6 different meds a day. They take the time to really get to know their patients and care about them. You can't say that about to many other pharmacy's.
