★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently found out that we were expecting and I wanted to go to a place that would allow my husband in the ultrasound room as well - after all it is his baby too! Many places I called would not allow my husbands to accompany me so I was very happy to hear that Med Image allows partners to join.
That being said, my experience there was GREAT! The receptionist was very welcoming and nice. The waiting room was very clean and sanitary. The technician was VERY gentle and professional. I did not feel exposed while laying down and she talked me through every step as this is our first child.

I was waiting for my ultrasound in the change room and the receptionist was telling the patients in the waiting room about my personal health information. The kind of scan I was having and what they were checking for. No medical professionals should ever disclose personal health information to anyone! Especially not random people waiting in the waiting room.
The scan itself was rushed as the ultrasound technician came in late. So she was running through my scan as fast as she could. If my results aren’t accurate because of this I will be very angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. The manager is a wonderful lady and the receptionist is fantastic. The staff are very caring and kind. My wife went here to do an ultrasound and we were so well-taken care of. The appointment was on time and they were able to book us in within a couple of days with no issues.
The place is new, very clean, well-organized with lots of space for social-distancing.
Everything about our experience was excellent. Thank you for being in the Malvern area with great service and staff. This place was much-needed in the community. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. 5-star!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had two pregnancy scans here for my wife and has been a positive experience both times! Getting to see, being able to join in at the end, and patiently have things explained is so great!
Would love getting digital copies of images like some other places have (even for a fee like $5) but still glad to have printout and helpful staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 6y old son for a wrist X-ray, and all went well, except for the old folk x-ray technician who was really unprofessional. He was upset that my son was worried from putting his hands on the bench to have them filmed. When I was encouraging my son by saying good boy you did a good job, he just interrupted me saying he wasn't a good boy, we only managed to have the x-ray because I was quick. What a poor response from a supposed to be a professional technician. I will never recommend this place for people with little kids. I put two stars because there was a nice lady at the front desk who was very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my best ultrasound experience to date at this clinic on December 28/2021. I have had 3 ultrasounds prior at various clinics and none can compare. The clinic was clean and each room was large and spacious. Washrooms were also very clean. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the technicians were experienced, knowledgeable and very personable. This is the first clinic that allowed my husband to come into the examination room towards the end of my ultrasound to be a part of the experience. My most favorite part of this experience was the ability to view my ultrasound images live on the screen above. Previously, my head would be behind the technicians screen and I wasn’t able to see what was going on until the end when I’d receive the final image printed as a photo. During this experience, there was a screen mounted on the wall in front of me that allowed me to be a part of the whole experience and view everything that was being examined as it mirrored the technicians screen. I am very pleased with my experience and wish I had known of this clinic earlier. I look forward to my next appointment here.
