★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a sump pump issue and a basement beginning to flood. I called MEC and they immediately dispatched a crew to come and get my system up and running properly.
They took the time to check the main pump and the back up pump to ensure everything was working as it should be, both in the basement and outside in the external sump. They also took the time to explain how the system works and gave me piece of mind going forward. I will use them going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called MEC Mechanical to come and fix an A/C issue. They were quick to come which was great, however they were there for 1.5 hours and were happy to charge me for 2.5 hours. Not very impressed. I did call them back once I received the bill and they investigated and quickly corrected the bill. Make sure you check your bill as they may take advantage of you if you are not one to check a bill. Also, the person who came was very nice but new to the job. I am not totally convinced he knew what he was doing. They could not fix the issue but it could have been dealt with much quicker. Not sure if I will use them again.
