I lived in the Wall center downtown and had a heating issue over the past few months and reached out to another service company that failed to resolve my heating cooling furnace. There technician Mike came along to look over my system and found that the system filter was extremely dirty, and this would cause the unit to freeze and not work. He turned off the unit and instructed me to call him back when all the ice had melted, and he could then change my filter and figure out what was wrong. He looked over everything and found what he called a capacitor to be the issue, and everything since then was working fine. With the two visits, Elafon invoicing was very fair, and they also applied a seniors discount. I would also like to give thanks to Ashley for scheduling Mike around my day.

They were only in my building this past Wednesday and were dealing with an emergency water issue. I understand that having your water shutdown in the middle of the evening is never a good thing, but they had the water up and running in no time when I spoke with the technician Evan he was very polite and was more than helpful in explaining what was going on. My water pressure has never been better, and my showers even longer.

I have found them to be very professional, very competent, and incredibly helpful. And it's not just the technicians—all the people I have dealt with, from the first person answering the phone to the last person taking payment, have been super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them.

While cleaning up he noticed a small leak from a joint under the sink, and sealed that too. He is a very good communicator and used visual metaphors to explain things ("your plumbing system is like a tree with small branches all leading to the main trunk" etc.) You should be proud of this young man - a dedicated pro!

Katrina was fantastic with bookings who set me up with Ryan, a fantastic and knowledgeable plumber. That was two years ago and one of the best decisions made. Evan and Bryan have high standards and take pride in their work as do all the plumbers I have met who work for them. They solved long standing problems that the last company could not figure out. I know because I witnessed it in person so it wasn't them just saying it. I also know that they are very particular about the employees who represent them and that is how they keep the standards so high. Big thumbs up.
C	Crystal Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Elafon to repair a slight leak I had at the base of my kitchen tap while the tap was running. The issue was minor and had been going on for at least a month, and was more of a nuisance than anything. Elafon sent out a repair man to fix the sink, however the leak in fact was not only worse following his attempted repair, but was leaking constantly even when the tap was in off position. I had to call and report this to Elafon; they apologized and sent out an emergency repair order, then charged me for both visits. I was appalled! When I called the company to understand this additional charge, they claimed the new leak was a "coincidence," denied their responsibility, and justified the charge. The workmanship was poor, and honestly, the sink was working better before the 2nd fix (in which they must have tightened things too much and the lever to the sink was extremely stiff). I had to have the tap replaced because of this. Please caution with this company! I advise you to seek out repairs elsewhere!
